menu.

It's been a while since I shared my weekly menu with y'all. Really though, I am passionate about meal planning. Maybe I'll share more on that in the future. But for now, here's what we're downing this week.

pulled pork sandwiches
with homemade cole slaw & kettle potato chips.
perfect menu for having company. slow cook all day & bam. you've got dinner. I use this RS recipe.

tortilla soup
with guacamole, chips & salsa on the side
just throw in 2 cans of broth, 1 can of black beans, 1 can of crushed tomatoes, 1 can of green chilies, frozen corn, cut up carrots & celery, frozen chicken breast, and a dash of salt, pepper & chili powder. (two days of crock potting. i'm in heaven.)

breaded chicken sandwiches
with homemade mac & cheese & side salad
dinner for 2 on the move, which is so us on youth group nights.

lettuce wraps
with teriyaki noodles & steamed rice on the side.
PF Chang's inspired. This is my first time trying this recipe, so I'll fill you in if it's a hit.

cobb salad
with all the goods.
what better way to even out the week.

What are you eating this week?
