Pros:-hard wood floors
-a really big & wonderful living/dining room
-bay window in master bedroom
-huge front & backyard
-picnic table in the backyard
-front porch
-detached 2-car garage with shelves
-built in hutch
-lots of windows for natural light and afternoon breezes
-gardner included
-crystal doorknobs (!)
-new vanity/medicine cabinets
Cons:
-need to paint the kitchen & spare bedroom
(think 2 shades of lime green and bright teal)
(there is a really cool one from the 1920's but the door fell off twice during our walk through)
-also need to eventually buy area rugs, lamps, a bench for our dining table, armchair...
-the kitchen cabinets
(need a lot of love)
-tiny closets
-not a lot of storage space
So, that's all for the little blue house with the red door.
I have a lot of dreams for this home.
We'll know within a week. (hopefully!)
Am finding great peace in what my new friend Nina said...He determines our times and the exact places where we live! Am resting in that for the week.
