on breakfast.

Danny and I are oatmeal eaters. At least 4 days a week. Sometimes with steamed apples. Sometimes with bananas. Sometimes with blueberries. Always with cinnamon & brown sugar & vanilla. Yum.

As delicious as it is, sometimes we need a break. So I'm working on that. Cereal is okay, but it can get expensive when you only buy the healthy kinds. And well, like the rest of you all, we're on a budget.

Least week I made these. You can make them, eat them, and freeze the rest. Then, when you're ready, zap 'em for a minute and drizzle syrup. Oh. My. Goodness.

This week? Pumpkin muffins. Oh yes...My husband will be one happy man. and I will be a happy lady.
