On holiday.

There are other countries that use the word "holiday" instead of "vacation". I like that much better.

So I'm going on holiday.

Tomorrow bright (or not so bright) and early I am boarding a plane at LAX to fly to Raleigh, North Carolina. I'll be spending the first day meeting family, drinking coffee, playing some rad card game, and exploring the East coast beaches. Oh, and it looks like we can be expecting a storm, which we are very much looking forward to!

THEN...meeting up with dear Kaylyn and spending the rest of my time with her and her lovely family! Pictures, mountains, small towns, church, pedicures, lots of fun girl time, and who knows what else! I seriously cannot wait. This woman has become a dear friend and I cannot wait to fellowship with her in her own town. (And I am pretty stinkin' excited to love on sweet little Avenell!)

So that's that. I will return next week with loads of pictures and fun stories of my holiday.

I hope you can all take some sort of holiday this week, too...You deserve it.
